My Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, creative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I don’t see therapy as “fixing” what’s broken, but as creating a safe space where you (or your child) can be seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy to explore patterns and deepen self-understanding, and I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), play therapy, expressive arts, and somatic practices to support mind–body awareness and healing. With children, I often use play, sandtray, and creative expression to help them process big feelings and build resilience. With teens, I bring in nature-based therapy and creative exploration as tools for grounding, identity formation, and expression. With adults, I focus on uncovering patterns, healing old wounds, and reconnecting to inner strengths.

I also bring an integrative background in education, yoga, and the arts, which allows me to weave creativity, movement, and mindfulness into sessions when it supports your goals.

Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you — offering tools, insight, and presence — as you move toward healing, hope, and wholeness.
