Schedule an Intake Call


This call offers space for us to connect, discuss your needs, and explore what you’re hoping for in therapy. You’ll be able to ask questions, get a sense of my style, and decide if moving forward feels right for you.

The intake call usually lasts about 15–20 minutes. You can schedule a call with me by emailing ctinkham1@cts.edu. In your message, please include three days and times that work best for you. I’ll respond—usually within the hour—to confirm a time for us to connect. This first call is simply a chance to talk, share what’s on your mind, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Taking the first step toward mental wellness can feel daunting, but I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
